About GO TO HOLLYWOOD's production in China
Many of our products cannot be made in Japan, so we have had them made at a specific factory in China for many years.
For example, we may change the sewing thread within a single design, change the number of stitches or colors depending on the location, or remove each print by hand.
In addition, we incorporate hand embroidery, handwriting, aging through multiple processing steps, and many other techniques.
Even if it could be made in Japan, it would probably be more than 10 times the current price.
However, this does not mean that any factory in China can produce it, and as we all know, not all physical properties in China are superior.
We have been working with factories that manufacture products together with us for over 20 years.
Everyone knows each other, not only the person in charge on the Japanese side, but also the president (general manager) and person in charge on the Chinese side, the workers who actually sew the products, and the people who inspect the products.
The fact that they understand the mood of DD and GTH is also the reason why we will not change the current production background.
