How to order

Ordering from the shopping cart on the website.
・ Please follow the instructions on your screen to make an order from your shopping cart.

Method of payment

1. Credit Card payment

We accept VISA, Master Card, JCB and AMEX.

2. PayPal Payment

Payment via PayPal is accepted. PayPal is the world's most used online payment service where credit cards can also be used. Please refer to PayPal's official website for details. (Credit cards such as VISA, Master, JCB, Amex etc. are accepted.)

Regarding Shipping and Shipping Costs

All orders will be shipped via DHL or EMS (not selectable).
All orders have a flat shipping cost of ￥2,200 (consumption tax exempt) worldwide..

Regarding custom duties and tax

Custom duties and/or taxes may arise depending on the order details. These custom duties and taxes will vary depending on the country and purchase price.
Only the item price and shipping cost is included in the payment to SESSIONS JAPAN. In cases in which custom duties and/or taxes are required, the shipping courier will handle the procedure for its payment.
Please also note that the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost (generally ￥2,200) in any case in which the item is returned to Japan. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment Deadline

We cannot accept any cancellations for pre-ordered items.

Handling Time

All orders will be shipped within 5 days from when the order is made.

Return deadline

All returns must be made within 1 month of the delivery of the item.

About returns and exchanges

We do not accept any returns or offer exchanges other than cases of defective products.

About wrapping and delivery materials

As a children's clothing company and in an effort to address future environmental issues, we at SESSIONS strive to use minimal packaging materials for the shipping of our products. We thank you for your understanding.
